I have been a customer for 4 years and have not experienced anything negative with World Bankcard Services. Their customer support is excellent, their rates are very competitive, and they have never raised my rates.

This company is the one you want to stay away from. They will do anything to collect money from you even though the agreed to take of the issue.The owner name Mr. Lim is the nastiest person that you could ever deal with. If you don't call with 60days of the expiration date of the contract they will renew for another three years. If you dispute that, then they will close your account and charge you with early termination fee and equipment fee and will then hand it over to the collection agencies. Then tell you how it will mess up your credit score. So please do your self a favor and stay away from this company and Mr. Lim.

These people will scam you out of money. I have not used the equipment, and was told by them my account could not be approved. I have not once received a statement, breaking down the fees they have charged me. And I have gone to my bank and put a stop ACH request on the account. Every time I call they are unable to connect me with management, only a voicemail. It is a poor way to do business, and it's a shame.
