I would like to start by saying the crew at the Cedarhurst office are very knowledgeable and kind. I started my business 2 years ago and spent tons of money in fees with my original credit card processing company. Xenex beat the rates I had by a lot and now I save tons of money each month! Definitely recommended

Where to begin... let's start off with run as fast as you can away from this company they promise you one thing and deliver another. Good luck with getting your money from them in a timely fashion. You will get nothing but Promises of 24 hours or less in funding don't hold your breath. This company is nothing more than a scam they are a reseller for Evo and Card Services if you want to get cheaper rates just go directly to them. Will be filing complaints with the attorney general consumer affairs Better Business Bureau and the consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The biggest scam i've ever seen, unprofessional as it gets, got signed into a 5 year contract with these jokers and 4 months prior to the end i was told if i didn't want contract to renew, that i need to send in my cancel for services a minimum of 90 days before hand. I was being charged 35 bucks a month while with another processor, and was riding out the last 4 months of contract to not get charged any cancellation fee, however they charged that to me anyway and auto deducted it from my account, When I called about it they said I had to send it in just after 90 days and there was nothing they could do for me since i sent it in 2 weeks early! on top of all this they are in cahoots with another company Ladco leasing. Do not do business with these people at all! very dishonest! and unprofessional.
