Whilst Kara may assure you that she is 100% working for you, the client, if you read the fine print you'll soon discover she's actually not accountable for anything... she's not working for you at all.There are definitely genuine brokers around.... just not this onePS... In response to the suggestion that I went against YBR recommendations... I was only offered two options and I went with one of them... I used a broker because I needed a seamless transition but it turned into a nightmare... ended up costing me .24 of a percent higher than I was quoted but of course the fine print... and yes I am much happier with the new deal I now have via a different broker saving me over half of a percent on the deal YBR brokered.... I'll let you make up your own mind as to whether YBR Mackay knows there way around the finance business..
