I normally don't comment on things but today I was so upset that I wanted to share my experience to other clients so they are aware and to make sure this does not happen to other people.My ex-husband went to this location last Friday to cash his check. Every two weeks he makes same transaction (get $1200 cash back). He gave me the money and I went to my bank to deposit the money. Surprise!!!!! One $100 dollar bill was FAKE! I could not believe this. My bank actually used a black pen and put the money in their machine and and it came back as "counterfeit". I called my ex-husband and he called Zions and was told that unfortunately, there was nothing they could because as soon as someone leaves the branch, they do not know what the client does with the money, EXCUSED ME?? Good thing it was only one bill and not the 12 he got. I always assumed bank check large bills, but I guess, they don't. I called the branch myself to meet with the manager but of course they were not available. I'll give everyone a suggestion, have the tellers mark all your bills and make sure you know they are not fake before you leave the branch, otherwise they can't do anything about it.
