I was charged $5 to cash a check for $53 the was a from a Zions account.

Tia Barton is the best bank manager ever. She went above and beyond to help us figure out an issue we were having with a refund with a third party company for about 1 month and till this day she is still keeping us updated on the process. She is amazing being so patient with us throughout this whole month on something that is not her or the banks fault but the third party company.

Zions Bank customer service has been beyond excellent. I have had to have my Mother placed in an assisted living facility and have had to have many documents notarized by the Bank. She has been unable to go to the bank her self and on several occasions Aaron Nelson and Jonathon have jumped in their cars and followed me to the facility to assist her. It's not often you receive service like this. I would recommend Zions Bank to all my friends and family!!

They have screwed up so many routine banking transactions it is insane! I am so glad to finally be done with them, but of course they even screwed up paying off my loan

I tried to cash my check and George refused my business. He furthermore told me that he was going to call every branch in the area and tell them not to cash my check and that no one wanted my business. I got my check cashed at another location and have filed a formal complaint with the banks corporate office.
