Terrible customer service never got my problem solved and they keep saying that it isn't their fault that a pending transaction that was supposed to fall off my account didn't and that I now have insufficient funds fees also they did provide a complementary refund for on of the fees right after that before any other transactions occurred (within a day) they added more fees!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!! I hope they will make a better attempt to make it right if they do I will be glad to update my review to 5 star!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. The service at this location is excellent. If we are bad reviewing the overall business, this is the wrong venue, but the bank is excellent too. More of a personal approach than big banks, but again, this is the wrong place for that review.

Had nothing but problems here at the bank, from the beginning. My latest incident was when I was waiting for Debbie for 30 minutes just to sign one small document for a problem that they made on their end; Debbie then let another couple that she liked go before me. I just left. The office feels like a public school. I saw the office manager yell across the room to another guy about how it's been raining since 8am; the other guy was laughing so loud about something else with another employee, etc.

Slow I was here 20 minutes and they did not treat me like I was a customer! I will take drive to the Zions in Meridian before coming here agin they have better customer service and are a lot quicker.
