Things happen, people have to follow policies, I get it. The manner in which they pushed these policies--freezing my account three times, then telling ME that MY signature is incorrect and needs to change--is just all unprofessional, I have a very mundane signature. The banker was very bossy and impatient from the moment I sat down--I tend to make it a goal to lighten peoples' mood when they are in a customer service roll, I couldn't get anything positive out of this employee. Ultinately: Poor policies, poor execution, poor management. I am seeing a similar trend throughout Zions as a whole, I am slowly moving my banking away entirely from Zions.
