I am so thrilled that I purchased my vehicle from Auto Financial, credit is in the toilet and between Rich and Mandy they pulled it off. I wanted to also say that my Grandson is off to college and as we all know it can be tough for a child to be able afford payments for a car, but once again Mandy and Rich were miracle workers, he drove off this morning in a 2015 Ford Titanium on his way to college. I cannot be more pleased with the outcome of both situations. Thanks so much

We walked in looking for a car for our daughter. Rich sold us a 2000 taurus, I fought him on it and now he wants me to trade it in for newer cR. I told him no way i love that car. We went back bought a chevy hhr. I will ALWAYS DEAL WITH ONLY RICH N MANDY FROM NOW ON. they dont treat you like just a paying customer they treat you like family and they are great honest people!!! Im glad i decided to give em a shot!!! YOU WANT HONESTY, AND TREATED RIGHT.... GO SEE THEM YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I was forced to give a star because I could not put no star, this is the most dishonest sneaky used car dealership. All of the cars have been in accidents or completely totaled out. He sold me a car that was totaled out which is 100% against the law. And when I found out I went up there and he tried to lie about it till we pulled up the car fax. Then he tried to get me in another car that has been in accidents to keep me quite.i will be going the legal route with this matter SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!!!!!

This place is a joke. They sold me a car that I later found out was in an accident causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. They never revealed this to me. When I called the owner to discuss, he treated it like it was no big deal and danced around the fact that they never revealed the information, which is illegal. They are crooked and will tell you anything to make a sale. Stay Clear if this crooked place!!!

Called about a car that was on the website, was told to come check it out, drove 1/2 hour to get there, and they were like, "oh, we sold it." That was awesome, then he says, I'll show you another for the same price....The "other" option had a cracked windshield, an exhaust issue, needed new breaks, and had a ton of wiring hanging out from the dashboard. Not happy at all that I wasted time or gas to get there.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car. My credit is not that great and we needed a car for my son to go to college in a couple days. It was a very quick and easy process. Also Mandy and Rich are both great!! They did everything they could to make sure we got the best rate!!
