Customer service was good that's why I gave them 2 stars Bought 2006 ford expedition from them in July. made one payment and the truck is already broke down, have no idea what's wrong with it. I traded in a ford focus which had no problems ran good need something bigger for my family. Now seems like I have a lemon.Auto Financial Group LLC broke down after a month, dont remember any extended warranty. Fix one thing another thing breaks.My friend who is a mechanic (mechanic for Chrsler) is basically telling me the Expedition is junk. It can't beRepaired!!! Have only been able to use it for less than 6 weeks...I still owe over $9000.00 and have only made 2 pmts with 34 more pmts due and been told by a mechanic its junk. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE???? I have always taken the warranty coverage in pass and really don't remember being offered the warranty. I have a family, wife and 3 kids just trying to have something better for them and instead we are being taken...
