These peoples are thieves. Tried to take another $500 from me to buy a necklace. Did the calculations at 31$ for 90g of gold, they wanted $3000. Good thing they are shutting down

Amazing place to shop. They have the best deals in the north end of London for used electronics. Staff is very knowledgeable about everything they carry. Staff is kind, friendly and easily remembers customers by name. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied. Consider stoping in next time you need a new TV, tablet, game system, dvds, bluerays, tools, jewlery, authentic signed jerseys and pictures, or musical instruments. Bet you won't find a better price!

Friendly but not accurate and less benefits for clients ...they offered 120$ for gold but as soon as i doubt the value , he offered to offer more than whoever i would turn to ! :s. London gold buyer on highbury have an expensive machine that tells precisely the amount of k ...so they gave me $142 ,(22 $ more) proffessional n pleasant too :)

Tried selling some gold. Older man out of 3, asked for his name and was told it’s Rob, helped me out. Took the ring and came back and told me “You’re looking at $40.” I asked for the weight he had gotten off the scale and he told me 3.2g. I then asked what the price was for 10k gold because they didn’t have the prices displayed on the TV. He got angry and told me that wasn’t wasting any time on such a small thing, I tried asking again and he told me not to worry about it. See, I had weighted the ring before I went to sell it and knew that it was about 3.289g and the price they were offering on their website was about $16.35, that would have given me a pay out of $53.77. I got this confirmed by going to London Gold Buyer on Highbury, they gave me exactly $54. So don’t go to this place as they will try to professionally steal what you own. He was underpaying my $14. Anyways, he must’ve thought I needed the cash badly like that person before me.

The staff are awesome and friendly, I have put items on pawn here in the past and would be a few days late, I'd simply call them and they would hold my item those few days until I could come in and make the payment or take it out of pawn. They offer good, reasonable prices and are honest in their appraisals.Also bought a laptop over a year ago from the Wharncliffe store and it was faulty. Called and told them, they allowed me to bring it back in and trade it for the laptop I have now and it has worked awesome ever since!!!

Your refund policy is clear! Why you are selling faulty merchandise isn't! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!Blatantly sold me a laptop that didn't work when I got home. No refund available only a trade for another model that I did not want. Absolutely livid at the lack of customer service as the employee just kept insisting there was nothing wrong with it. Disgusting. Ended up selling the laptop myself, thankfully for the same price. how laughable a manager tried replying and covering for himself. This place is 100% a scam.

Every time I go here I get great deals n fast friendly service, and it's good for the whole family! With no restrooms,and it's not wheelchair accessible! But it has everything that you would need!
