The Better Business Bureau is definitely a source you can use to help resolve issues you are experiencing with a company. I sign a contract with Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade in Columbus, GA for my son's wedding, unfortunately the wedding was canceled. When it came time to receive the refund, Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade did not want to honor its on contract because the staff gave the refund to my son's fiance. Her name was not on the signed contract. The company made a huge mistake. The Better Business Bureau was very instrumental in solving this issue per the contract and I received my refund in the amount of $700. Thank you BBB!!!Dayle Pitts
