The BBB is supposed to be able to help you when a business has taken advantage of you. That is not the case whenever I have contacted them to try and get a situation with a shady business handled.

I would recommend you have to talk to John Deere headquarter there to STOP let one person own the who region. As a Farmers like us. If we don't buy tractor how we gonna work? The price so so high now and they don't discount because they own the whole big areas. If I have to go 4 hours away to buy. Other dealership doesn't want to sale base on warranty services, they told.

I wanted 6 trees taken down and the stumps grounded. I called Big Daddy's Tree Service. We met, discussed the project and came to a fair price. They were prompt, professional and they did everything that we had agreed on with no hassles.

The Better Business Bureau is definitely a source you can use to help resolve issues you are experiencing with a company. I sign a contract with Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade in Columbus, GA for my son's wedding, unfortunately the wedding was canceled. When it came time to receive the refund, Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade did not want to honor its on contract because the staff gave the refund to my son's fiance. Her name was not on the signed contract. The company made a huge mistake. The Better Business Bureau was very instrumental in solving this issue per the contract and I received my refund in the amount of $700. Thank you BBB!!!Dayle Pitts
