Personally I've always found them great. It is what it is! They've got to make money it's a business. Some people forget this fact. They are fair and very handy and in my experience friendly too which goes a long way.

Appalling customer service, today I arrived there to pick up my "buy back goods" at 5.13pm and they were closed, there were other customers outside the shop, more annoyed than I was! Apparently the staff shut shop at 4.15pm this afternoon, and put a sign in the door window "sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 5 mins" haven't they got enough staff to cover luchbreaks, toilet breaks etc. Also when I was last in there, I was making my way out of the shop, went past the jewellery counter to take a quick browse and an intoxicated lady approached me, came right up in my face and had her hand on my handbag, God only knows what would happened if I was an elderly person or a vulnerable person! The place could do with a good clean and staff should be more alert with what is actually going on in their branch ! ....& brush up on their customer service skills. As the staff are not entirely at fault, the company's area Manager should be the one to take the blame as it's his/her responsibility that the running of the Canton Branch adheres to the rules & regulations of the Company, please take this as constructive criticism as it is not intended to be some kind of personal vendetta towards anyone in particular. Hope service improves.

Terrible! smashed my laptop screen and stole my SD card out of it which contained thousands of precious photos and won't do anything about it!! The prices are disgusting and rip you off they give you barely anything for stuff worth a lot
