Client Review on Cash Generator Canton

Appalling customer service, today I arrived there to pick up my "buy back goods" at 5.13pm and they were closed, there were other customers outside the shop, more annoyed than I was! Apparently the staff shut shop at 4.15pm this afternoon, and put a sign in the door window "sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 5 mins" haven't they got enough staff to cover luchbreaks, toilet breaks etc. Also when I was last in there, I was making my way out of the shop, went past the jewellery counter to take a quick browse and an intoxicated lady approached me, came right up in my face and had her hand on my handbag, God only knows what would happened if I was an elderly person or a vulnerable person! The place could do with a good clean and staff should be more alert with what is actually going on in their branch ! ....& brush up on their customer service skills. As the staff are not entirely at fault, the company's area Manager should be the one to take the blame as it's his/her responsibility that the running of the Canton Branch adheres to the rules & regulations of the Company, please take this as constructive criticism as it is not intended to be some kind of personal vendetta towards anyone in particular. Hope service improves.
