I gave it 1 star because that is the lowest I can go. Several months ago I paid off a vehicle loan early and was entitled to a refund. Instead of sending a refund check they automatically deposited the funds into a checking account and bled it to a zero balance with "Inactivity Fees." Lindsey, who is the customer service rep I dealt with, was rude and got an attitude while I was asking legitimate questions.I'd borrow money from a terrorist organization before I'd use this bank again.
