Overall it was a good experience. I did, however, feel like I was being viewed as a "sketchy" (for lack of a better word) person when trying to deposit my Government issued check. Also, holding on to a Government issued check for "6 working days", I believe is a bit excessive. The support that I have received on the phone has been exceptional.

TJ in the mortgage department was fantastic to work with during the process of buying our first home. He responded in a very timely manner and even during weekends would issue an email response to answer our questions. We had nothing but a positive experience and everything was accurately stated and broken down for fees and total cost. He even got us a lower percentage rate than we originally quoted at the start. Thanks TJ.

The teller (I believe her name was Ashley) refused to cash our check for us. The check was made out to both my father and I, we both signed the back of the check, and we were both in attendance at this location. When we asked why it could not be done, she simply said, "I will not do it." We asked to speak with the President, and a manager. Both of which she said were unavailable. Absolutely ridiculous service! We are YOUR customers, with a check from Moneygram-a multi-million dollar company, and this woman refused to cash it! Why!? Because she quote, "Won't do it."No other credit union has EVER refused to cash a check made out to my father and I.This was my first, and last visit here.

This bank must be owned by the mob. Totally customer unfriendly and if you dont have an account they literally roll you threw a 20 minute process just to cash a check. Horrible bank, worst one out thier.
