The teller (I believe her name was Ashley) refused to cash our check for us. The check was made out to both my father and I, we both signed the back of the check, and we were both in attendance at this location. When we asked why it could not be done, she simply said, "I will not do it." We asked to speak with the President, and a manager. Both of which she said were unavailable. Absolutely ridiculous service! We are YOUR customers, with a check from Moneygram-a multi-million dollar company, and this woman refused to cash it! Why!? Because she quote, "Won't do it."No other credit union has EVER refused to cash a check made out to my father and I.This was my first, and last visit here.
