It was so easy and seamless to walk in and open an account. Great experience. I had a little trouble setting up my on-line account, and I was helped immediately. Even received a phone call, instead of an email, to make sure I could log in properly. Highly recommended. :)

Showed up to use the coin machine, asked the teller what the fee for machine was. She said I can't tell you what the fee is, the machine will tell you after it's done. I asked her for a ballpark of the % fee that would be taken. She said I can't tell you, it varies.I'm not going to put my money in before I know how much it will cost

If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place one star. This specific location in downtown Saint Paul is the worst! I only come to this location because they are open earlier than their other locations. Workers here gives so much attitude like they hate their job. Their fraud company that handles the fraud for their members do a horrible job on communicating with people. I never got a phone call or notification that my card was shut down until I was trying to make a purchase one day. They charge you for a new card as well until you talk to a different manager at a different location & then they will refund you. Ridiculous. I’ll be looking to switch to different credit union today!

We use CCCU for our business accounts. We are extremely happy with the service! Our banker Anne is amazing - on top of everything and very responsive. Plus we like that we can easily connect to a person and have that consistent point of contact. Thanks CCCU!

Always bad service at the downtown location. If I don't do my banking remotely 98% of the time then I would not be with them anymore. The tellers have bad additude like they hate their job. Loan officer never return my call. Today, I'm here waiting for a member service rep to simply add another checking account for me, and I've been waiting over 20 minutes now. No greeting. No one has even talked to me since I came in & signed in on their kiosk. Staff just walking by. I'm done with them today. They deserve a zero.

They gave me a loan 10 years ago when my own bank of 10 years wouldn't. They also gave me a $250 line of credit even though I didn't bank with them at the time. I am a minority and I have always been treated first class.

A couple of my friends banked here so they recommended it to me Absolutely love this bank! They treat you right. Made my experience nice and easy. Even when I had just fair credit, my interested rates were unbelievable, nothing a big bank or even these other credit unions could ever match, trust me I tried. Will be banking and doing loans with them for the rest of my life!

Absolute joke of a bank for anyone who isn't stuck in the direct Saint Paul area. No benefits or breaks, and if you are a service member they will make sure to screw you SCRA be damned. Also, if you are an average Joe with normal income they can't be bothered to help you or care about you. They only like the rich clientele which is a joke for how shoddy their customer service is.
