Got what I thought was an auto loan for 1.99%... decided at the last second to get accidental death loan insurance (I guess)... was told by loan officer that she didn’t know the exact rate but that it would be at max 4%... ended up being 8%... watch out for that. Other than that, I’ve had mostly good experiences here.
