Client Review on Coastal Bank & Trust

I have gone into this bank to set up an account. The manager was friendly, but the desk girl had no idea how to help me. Then today I called around 4:45pm to ask a simple question and the girl answered immediately and asked if she could put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before they decided to come on the phone again and tell me that they couldn't help me. That was a complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. From what I can tell if you want help from this branch you need to speak directly with a manager right from the get go. Today I learned that if the customer isn't standing right in front of them, then they don't care about them.
