CSY Software is fantastic and the team on support and technical very helpful. I have contacted them over weekends, at all times and they are always very willing to assist.

We have had CSY as our Epos provider for over 13 years, We looked hard at a few different one as it was our first time using an Epos system.Choosing CSY was a great move, the helpdesk try and sort any issues straight away, if that is not possible , will get back A.S.A.P.The system is easy to use and manage.Well done CSY , keep it up in 2019

We have had this system for 14 years now and it is still the best to use. Good backup service, very user friendly, very good wear and tear in a garden centre enviroment. Would recommend to anyone looking for an epos solution.

The negative reviews seem to be unfair (and probably all from the same person). I've used the CSY system for years now and always found them great and friendly to. Any issues even at the weekends are delt with quickly. Easy 5 stars.

Absolutely categorically avoid CSY Retail Ltd .This company will promise you great things that unfortunately do not materialise. If you are a small retailer looking at growing I would not touch this company. They may have some big clients but they have lost touch with the smaller retailer. We had a choice of who to choose and opted for CSY retail as they showcased the vector software, the software looks quite dated but the key thing is how it functions. We faced huge issues with the software and it was faulty with many bugs and dev issues, we were informed a guy sitting in Poland would be fixing the software for us but now waiting over 6 months absolutely nothing has been done. We have been recommended to Cyber Till and will be working with them to expand and grow. If only management knew how to run the company better, false promises and no emphasises in customer satisfaction, when you spend £7000 per till I’m sure you can understand the frustration! I only expect the best and nothing less at these prices! Great mistake we made but be very very cautious!!!!!

When it came to choosing a retail system for my new business, it had to be CSY having used them with a previous company. Support as been excellent as usual, also the quality of the latest hardware is very high.

Barnitts have been a customer of CSY for only 5 years and have been trading for 122 years, since installing the Vector software we have halved our stock holding, improved our stock turn plus increased gross margin. Ross and his team are very helpful and have on numerous occasions made software improvements.
