Unprofessional. I saved 2 paychecks so i went to cash them and she questions why i have them still and haven't cash them then she denied to cash them for me because it didnt contain my suffix. Im from Philadelphia everyone cash my checks i have my ID and SSC and never had a problem just cashed them both in philly no prob

The lady behind the counter is very rude and condescending. Every time I try to cash a check i always run into a new problem. And I'm a very understanding individual and very hard to get aggravated. Never coming here again just felt very stupid that i gave her another chance.

The tall mean lady takes joy in being rude and saying the Western Union is down because she doesn't have the patience. She hardly can work any of the systems. She can only cash checks and sell SEPTA. I am getting sick of her.

The lady behind the counter is utterly unprofessional. Due to her sense of entitlement She cannot continue to treat customers in any manner. Im sorry, you are in a customer service position by which I am paying a fee for you to render a service. Your position is not a discretionary one. I was denied service due to how i looked. There is no policy that claims service is selective. Through it all i remained polite. I am shocked and disheartened at the experience i had.

the woman that works there is kind and professional,and i've never had anything but good friendly service. she's got a brain in her head and is no nonsense. anyone who has had an experience they did not like, may have been part of the problem. I hate going into Sharon Hill because it's filled with low life trash ( black and white ). I know i couldn't work a job dealing with THOSE people all day.
