The lady behind the counter is utterly unprofessional. Due to her sense of entitlement She cannot continue to treat customers in any manner. Im sorry, you are in a customer service position by which I am paying a fee for you to render a service. Your position is not a discretionary one. I was denied service due to how i looked. There is no policy that claims service is selective. Through it all i remained polite. I am shocked and disheartened at the experience i had.
