High risk merchant? You stand a high risk of Durango keeping all of your customers payments and then telling you your account has been shut down and you will not have access to your money. Durango is hands down the worst credit card processor on this earth. I would rather drag myself thru a field of rusty nails then ever work with Durango again. They will steal all of your money and never pick up the phone. When you finally trick them into answering your call, they say it not their fault and it is on the credit card processor. Durango pretends they have done nothing wrong when they are the ones who pair you up with the processor! Condescending attitudes and terrible customer service. This business deserves to be shut down.
