Unfortunately, this company have no customer service manners and don't follow up with their clients when there have problems. Also, if you wish to cancel your service for any reason, they will not assist you either by email or phone. In our case we spent 2 MONTHS trying to get a cancellation form from them and we were charged meanwhile $100 each month. we didn't want any bargain from them, we just wanted to get proper customer service to cancel a service, is it so hard to do? Because they have your bank account they will charge you and you can't dispute charges. Keep that in mind before choosing them

They make money for unattended charges. They delay your payments. And if you want to quit from their “service” you have to pay almost $500 cancelation fee. And don’t trust fake reviews what you see here. This is scum. Think twice before get deal with that guys

I just received ANOTHER call from your company at my place of business and as I was informing him that i use another company he BOLDLY told me that "I don't know what I am talking about and I shouldn't be talking" WTH!!!!!!! It's obvious that they employ some ignorant uneducated people and it just makes me that much more sure that I will never use your company!!!!! And if your company continues to call us even after we have asked for them to stop I will contact each and every place or person that I need to report your company for harassment!!!!! RUDE IGNORANT people have no place in the sales department, should work on your hiring skills!!!!! Even this site is a joke it forces you to give them 1 star to post a comment even though they are not worthy of the one star!

In an industry of people who are less than trust worthy and completely unreliable, Kevin is a shining beacon of hope. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. Every email and phone call has been answered promptly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the people he is helping.

Having had several bad experiences with CC Merchants, I was very weary when first approached by Christa at Elite Merchant Services. Having learned what to look out for, I challenged her and little by little she answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. So, I decided to give them a shot, it's been a year now and I am so please she reached out to me. The Customer Service is above and beyond what you would expect and the pricing is as I was told. No hidden fees, no up-charges. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider specially if you have had bad experiences with other providers. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
