Unfortunately, this company have no customer service manners and don't follow up with their clients when there have problems. Also, if you wish to cancel your service for any reason, they will not assist you either by email or phone. In our case we spent 2 MONTHS trying to get a cancellation form from them and we were charged meanwhile $100 each month. we didn't want any bargain from them, we just wanted to get proper customer service to cancel a service, is it so hard to do? Because they have your bank account they will charge you and you can't dispute charges. Keep that in mind before choosing them
