Staff is friendly and professional. My SUV purchased is amazing under the hood. Some small cosmetic things noticed days after my purchase like a small tear in my leather seat. This is not covered with the extended warranty either. I don't want this issue to get worst.

I'm not one for posting reviews, but credit is due. I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic 23k miles. I was approved through Affinity Credit Union as the lender. Take the loan through them and save .25 percent. I denied the packages presented from Enterprise. The selling experience was no pressure without any haggle. I had Frank, the Salesperson, who is young and personable and he made things easy for me beginning to end. Enterprise allows you to try the car for 7 days to see if it is a good fit. I brought the car to the dealership to get an assessment. The car came back solid from their feedback except one tire was a concern. This location at Enterprise replaced the tire and I was reimbursed 100 percent. The day I brought the car to the dealership, there wasn't a full tank of gas and they took care of that too! To tell you how much they care, I have one even better. I was at the location and I spilled hot to warm coffee on me, which was my fault. They did everything in their power to make sure I was physically fine. I am now 100 and more percentage wise satisfied! For a company to go above and beyond the car sale, tell the other car companies to watch out.Frank, Jennifer, Kyle, and the man who sits to the right of Frank's office from the purchaser side seat, thank you all for a terrific experience. I purchased a Buick Regal from Enterprise in Elmwood Park and it was a great experience. I went on Enterprise's website and type in exactly what I was looking for and I received a call from KK asking me to come in because she had what I was looking for. Everything from the color, the payment, and the miles, accessories; she got it. The entire staff worked well. One even put air in my daughter's tire noticing how low it was. He did not have to do that, but it was very much appreciated. So if you are in need of a reliable vehicle, and want people who will shop for a great finance company to get the payments you are looking for and who are courteous, go to Enterprise! You will not regret it!Proud owner
