I'm not one for posting reviews, but credit is due. I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic 23k miles. I was approved through Affinity Credit Union as the lender. Take the loan through them and save .25 percent. I denied the packages presented from Enterprise. The selling experience was no pressure without any haggle. I had Frank, the Salesperson, who is young and personable and he made things easy for me beginning to end. Enterprise allows you to try the car for 7 days to see if it is a good fit. I brought the car to the dealership to get an assessment. The car came back solid from their feedback except one tire was a concern. This location at Enterprise replaced the tire and I was reimbursed 100 percent. The day I brought the car to the dealership, there wasn't a full tank of gas and they took care of that too! To tell you how much they care, I have one even better. I was at the location and I spilled hot to warm coffee on me, which was my fault. They did everything in their power to make sure I was physically fine. I am now 100 and more percentage wise satisfied! For a company to go above and beyond the car sale, tell the other car companies to watch out.Frank, Jennifer, Kyle, and the man who sits to the right of Frank's office from the purchaser side seat, thank you all for a terrific experience.
