I been doing my taxes with this firm for over 15 years and every year the service and support just continues to get better, currently meeting a level of excellence. You can tell this organization puts a lot of thought and dedication to efficiency, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. I’m personally pleased with the level of attention to detail, taking their time going over every line carefully with me and making sure my information is accurate. Educating me on new tax laws during process, and most of all the flexibility they provide with time and resources. I was able to do my taxes this year very late one evening, and remotely (while away on business) again thanks to their flexibility and their advance IT systems. Thank you EQTAX Team!!!
