I actually came here as a referral from a friend and was seriously disappointed. Not only do Eddy and his partners not respond to my emails or pick up my phone calls, their admin also says "he will call you back" but he never does. I had to send an email saying I will go to other accountants for him to actually respond. You have to go there and wait in person in order to get your taxes done. So I went there (fine, its busy during tax season so I understand), but then I get 2 notices from the IRS saying my taxes weren't filed correctly and I owe them two hefty fees of around $900 and $1200+ respectively. I said fine, mistakes happen - lets fix it. I learned later from my new accountant he misfiled 3 different things. I also want to add that I had two weeks to respond to the first notice and Eddy waited until until the VERY last minute to respond to me only to tell me he can't help me and I have to deal with the IRS by myself.... so terrible customer service, no guarantee, and all around lack of detail. I would not recommend at all.
