This company is a joke. They might not even be in business anymore because NO ONE ever answers the phones. The 1-877 doesn't even work. They have owed us money for 4 months now. I recommend not even wasting your time with this company. The owner gave me his personal cell phone is case I never received the check the should have been sending me and he has never answered his phone since.

This place is a fraud. Our company was going to work with them but it was too long of a process. So at the beginning I gave them a check for $150.00 MONTHS later they cashed it. It has now been 4 months of trying to get them to refund my money. I have spoke with the owner even. He promised that he would make sure it would get sent out. It never showed up and now he sends to me voicemail every time I call.

Terrible experience with this company! Shortly after setting our account up with them our business was sold. Since the business sold we had no further need to process credit cards. We never processed a single credit card through them, and sent back all of the equipment, but they are still drawing funds from our bank account for monthly fees and are trying to tag nearly a $500 cancellation fee on us! When we met with their rep, we were told that this company stayed small because of their customer service and that if we had a problem we would have a personal rep to deal with! We have hardly spoke to the same person 2 times in a row, phone numbers go to voicemail or are no longer set up, and continually get the run around from them! Terrible customer service and lots of hidden fees! I do not recommend using them at ALL!!
