Feedback:

5+ years with EZFacility and they keep on adding some great features that have allowed my business to keep on growing. My customers have the ability go online and rent my batting cages which is a great online rental feature that EZ made. They can even buy a membership online that our business offers. The new self-service that was recently launched allows for my customers to do all of this and the feedback has been positive on the new look and feel! Thank you for making my day to day a lot easier with all these cool features you guys have done in my time with you guys!

I’m very happy to have made the switch to EZFacility! Since the first day I became a client I’ve received top notch customer service! The software has so many features that it makes running my business on a daily basis very EZ. That is what my account manager said would happen and it’s the truth. The trainers and support team are awesome! They are always available to help and answer my questions. Thank you!! :-)

Greatly unsatisfied. Customer service rarely gets back to you about issues you need resolved. If you don't follow up, good luck seeing a resolution. Bugs take a month to fix, if not longer. Very rarely have my company's concerns & issues - maybe 1/10 issues- been resolved and cleared. The reports don't function properly. Tech Support is only open 5 days a week and not for nearly enough hours. We've had multiple bugs and not much seems to happen. I actually know all of tech support workers by name now, due to how often I need to place service calls.I'd switch services in a heartbeat, but I'm afraid of the same fiasco happening.
