Feedback:
Terrible Credit Union! I had been a member for 8 years and the last 2 years have been dreadful! They do NOT look after their members like they once did, services are non existent, treat members like nobody’s, I think they forget who actually finds them!!! Will NOT be back!!!
Feedback:
I wanted to open a business account, the rep could not explain to me what kind of doc's he needed and kept running to his manager for questions, felt like i was buying a used car. Unprofessional !!!
Feedback:
They act like they dont need your business. Dont waste your yime.
Feedback:
When we first went toFCCU. We were very happy. But it has stedily gone downhill. The store branches are very sloww and never get things done correctly. Then still have to go to branches. Then they are without tellers. I use a credit union because fo the the great customer service but FCCU no longer offers customer service. They offer automation. Very dissapointed in service and shopping for new Place with real people working there.
Feedback:
With the new automated tellers, it was a little difficult to get adjusted. But, after a couple of trips this was quick and smooth. The manager (kim?) was terrific and is always willing to help. Great place to bank!
Feedback:
This branch has constantly had issues with their new atm machines, SINCE installation(which has been literally months) the trackpad never takes your signature, every time you use the new atm it takes at least 8 to 10 minutes for you to connect to someone and they can't even so much as put up a sign when they're doing contrustion and they're closed. No locations at all or any notice for the people that lived near this Kroger that closed down on 1-10 and fry rd
Feedback:
Worst bank ever my went to close my account ,but unfurtanally my DL expired 1 day 😲 did not know. The lady told me she cant give me my money because my DL was expired.I told her one day she said NO.I felt robbed by the bank..I will get my DL back and my money back but not you First community Bank..
Feedback:
Machines don't work most of the time. Electronic customer interface is time consuming and requires so much personal information. Their upgrade to teller-less programs has quickly backfired.
Feedback:
Horrible. We used to like this credit union, but now they've decided to remove all the tellers from the bank. You walk inside and there's nothing but video ATMs, and you are expected to conduct your business over a screen with someone who knows where. Today was the last straw. The guy in front of us spent forever struggling with the video kiosk, and when we finally got our turn, the connection froze and the entire system turned itself off and had to go through a reboot process that went on forever, literally starting from a Windows 7 boot up screen. It took us 25 minutes to take care of a routine deposit that a real person could have handled in sixty seconds. Shame on FCCU for degrading its customer service in such a poorly thought out manner. I will be moving my kids' three accounts to a place that has human beings and not crummy machines. So frustrating and stupid.
