LOAN REPRESENTATIVE IS NOT very cooperative and because she’s not well educated on certain things , I guess it’s okay to get over on a Servicemember?? NEGATIVE, my husband is entitled to certain benefits and she just would not cooperate .. so ON TO THE NEXT STEP IT IS.. if legal action is a must then so be it.
