In my experience, Global Payments has been the most accommodating and has good support. We’ve pretty much tried all other payment providers and we’ve been most satisfied with Global Payments.

Feedback:

I must say even though I had alot of difficulty with global payments trying to solve some of my issues and was getting redirected to the phillipines which lead to no help. I was fortunate enough that in a timely manner Mr. Rishon Talkar was able to help me. He is a very good person. Quickly responds and was able to help me with my payment solutions. If it wasnt for him I would have left this company! Thank you Rishon!

This is the worst company to work with! Not only are the customer service people rude and impatient all this company wants to do is charge you fees. If you are a sma business, I really do not recommend working with them. I've called several times to dispute random charges and fees that they charge me and its ridiculous. Will be switching companies in the next month.

It is sad that we have to put down 1 star. This company is disgusting. They have no idea what customer service is. Each representative you speak to tries to pass the ball to another person. They ask you to contact someone else. Once the issue is explained they continuously ask questions to which you have already answered. No listening skills. I have been hung up on more than once and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I am immediately told one is not available. I was also told when I expressed I would take my business else where to "go ahead I don't care". yes this is the epitome of customer service. I strongly suggest not using this company. RUN towards another. You will have nothing but trouble, headaches and grief dealing with them.

Stay far far away! They randomly add on fees your you bill and say its okay because they give you notice (in a foot note at the bottom of a prior bill). Their rates were great until we did an audit and found they added 2% of extra fees over the course of 4 years. They said all we needed to do was call to get them removed. We moved to Chase, they have very clear billing (cleanly broken down - not hidden like Global) and they dont have any clauses where they can add whatever they want whenever they want. Got taken to the cleaners on this one!

Unprofessional company. Horrible service. Their "Directors" seem to know everything about their clients but clearly don't. They operate as a mickey-mouse company. They had me fill out every form to sign up to receive Visa payment through them and after 2 weeks of leading me on they informed me that they were unable to approve me because of a "license" that I didn't need. Now these Scam artist have all my banking and personal information and haven't been able to give me the service I needed. The biggest waste of my time was making a phone call to Global Payments. Unprofessional Company.

First, we're not a small company, we process thousands of customer credit card payments per month in batches, we're a telecom provider. Even with our volume, like many others, if I could give 0 stars I would. Non existent customer service. My "Account Rep" never returns my calls, takes months to reply to my emails. Don't waste your time. As I type this I'm calling other providers.

This must be the worst, unprofessional and irritating company I have ever dealt with. It's been almost 7 months trying to get my account setup with Global. I keep getting the runarounds and no way of getting a hold of any manager or person of authority and seniority to resolve this issue. Only reason I'm persistent with this company is that I'm using their service for another one of my businesses.. All I am asking for is to speak to someone but they keep promising that a manager will get back to me.. Of course that was the end of it. No one ever got back to me.I'm still holding my temper and trying to be a professional business owner but I think I've reached my threshold.
