Please to all the small companies read this carefully!! If I could have gave them 0 stars I would have done it.I have been with them for 14 year and like many small businesses you trust these company and don't always call them each and every year to check and deal on the rates they are charging you because we don't always have time to spend on the phone.I have been watching my fees going up and up and I finally called another company and I was shocked in the amount of money I was going to save.But what got me upset is when I called them to cancel my merchant account they told me that other companies would make me sign contract with no way to get out with cancellation fees and were upset that I didn't call them before changing to another company and they would have lowered my fees if I would have called them ...hum .....makes you even more upset.And finally they told me I had to pay over 500$ in cancellation fees after 14 years of loyalty and thousands of dollar payed to them annually WOW Please Global Paiement don't tell me the other companies are no good.Well I am more then happy to pay you the cancellation fees .... after 14 years but you wiil never have me as a customer again.Thanks for reading
