Bought a tire from Buick GMC which stated if we found the same tire they would price match it. Found the tire for 57.72 dollars less and contacted Buick regarding the price match. This extremely unpleasant experience led to much frustration.It took over 6 weeks and multiple hours over the phone being passed to different managers to hopefully what we believe is a resolution. After all the waiting and numerous phone calls the credit amount applied was incorrect. They applied 50.13 instead of 57.72. It may sound like a few dollars but our time wasted trying to resolve this is worth much more.Service Advisor Getulio Perez is the only one who went above and beyond his scope of responsibility in helping resolve this issue. The Managers contacted either denied knowledge of the situation or passed it on to someone else.We have been Buick customers for many years but after this unpleasant experience it will no longer be the case.

Michelle - my service manager was OUTSTANDING! She was so accommodating, friendly and explained everything in thorough detail. She truly made the dreaded experience of car maintenance much more enjoyable and easy. Without a doubt I'd recommend this dealership and her to anyone I know with a GM vehicle. Props to outstanding employees like Michelle!

Always a pleasant experience. Nice waiting areas, great coffee machine, access to beverages, thank you for letting me use a sales desk !!!! JD Is always a pleasure to see, service staff is always on point from when you pull up to the end of service when paying the bill right to when the valet gives you your vehicle back.
