Feedback:

Made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me I need to book an appointment. I was able to do the same process at Nationwide and it took 5 minutes. They don't value their customers, so I don't value them. I'm emptying my account with them and won't bother to continue spending on their credit cards. Disappointed as per usual by HSBC. Oh but first I'm gonna spend the cashback rewards I got from the credit card, wouldn't want that to go to waste.
