One month I was missing about $400 from my checking account. I tried and tried to balance the checkbook but could not find the error, so I figured I'd just made a huge mistake somewhere. The next month I again was missing $400, I tried to balance my check book again but could not find the error. I called KFCU and the woman I spoke to said to me, "We don't balance people's checkbooks for them." This was said in a very unfriendly tone. So, Monday morning I went to BankCorp South and opened an account and then to Finance to get my money sent to the new account. The I related the reason for the move to the Sgt that I was dealing with at the Finance Center at Keesler. She said to me that this was not the first time she had heard of this happening. I never recovered my money and to this day am not sure what happened. It would have been nice if KFCU had helped me, but I guess that would be to much work for them.
