Being a 79 yr old invilid lady left waiting OUTSIDE on my US Embassy in 102 degree weather ...WITH AN EMMERGENCY situation ..while all COSTA RICAN EMPLOYEES LAUGH AND yell on the outdoor phone..you can NOT come in is NOT my idea of help needed by our embassy. I have lived in 10 countries and dealt with our embassies..but I vote Costa Rica to have THE WORST..with no regard for US Citizens. Why are there not more US citizens employed ?there.
