I feel so stupid I feel like I'm being scammed. I started the program 10 months ago saying I would just have to make payments each month and would only have to pay off a fraction of the debt I had. What they dont tell you is that your credit score would plummet 200+ points and as a new homeowner you wouldn't be able to apply for anything ie cable or internet. After 9 on time in full payments they call me 1 week before my supposed last paymnet saying the last account, the biggest account didnt settle for what they expected and i would have to make 6 more payments, that's 6 more months of low credit score. And the worse thing is I have no idea if the last 6 payment are legitimate or if they are making it up, they say if I dont agree it would become a lawsuit and I would have to end up paying more. How is this ok?

I’m sure they’re a good company & they do what they say they’re going to do. However, I really don’t appreciate the rude & passive aggressive, unprofessional response I received from one of their employees because I didn’t want to move forward with their program right now. I believe in great customer service & I didn’t receive that. So thanks, but no thanks with ever using your services.

I love LOVE all these wonderful people they saved my life after going through divorce I was up to my neck in debt people calling and threatening me all hours I was a mess then I talked to Madison and Monroe it was Joe and was skeptical but went through with it because what could it hurt and amazing things started to happen to my credit score thank you so much I’m very happy

I had incurred credit card debt from a failed business. MM and A said they could settle for a much lower number for my entire debt in about 2 years if I upped my monthly payment. I did and they got me out of debt in 2 years and 1 month. I never got a harassing phone call from my creditors. I saved 10's of thousands and got that debt off my back.
