Client Review on Fusion Connect, Inc
Feedback:
for me after 6 months of not getting the speeds promised, always told I needed the bigger package, I switched to a new computer and when it did not hook up to the network I called for help. Was told I would have to pay a couple hundred dollars to have someone come out. Was at my wits end with them when I had complications to a liver transplant and was out for a couple months. In that time someone stepped in for me and ended up canceling the contract and getting another provider. When I returned to business I received a bill from Megapath for $3800. 00 and change because they said I canceled my contract and they are charging me for early termination. I tried to explain the situation and see if there was anything they could do and was told no. I was told that it would go to collections at the end of the month if not paid. I asked if I could make payments and again was told no and if not paid by end of month it would go to collections. I tried to see if they could help me help them pay them and the customer service rep said that now that I was no longer a customer of there's why should he do anything. At that point I could tell that Megapath was not a company I would ever want to do business with again and thanked them for there time and left the conversation. I went a head and paid the almost four thousand dollars on my credit card, and shipped back the equipment they asked for, so I could put this difficult situation behind me. This is not a joke a couple days later I get an email saying I owe them a little over $800 for the equipment. I know that you can as a company do what you did, but why???
