Worst thing I've ever done. Went through an IT company that recommended Megapath services to us. We've had Megapath for only 4 days and already regret my decision 100%. Our lines have constantly gone down. We have been able to receive calls but not dial out. We have not been able to make any calls at all. Our voicemail has locked us out and lost all our messages. We've missed numerous calls and new patients because of it. This was our opening week when we should have been ready to get and Megapath has truly made a HUGE mess of it all. On top of that they have no idea why there is an issue. Everytime we try and correct an issue we get a response saying it will take 2-4 days to correct. My advice to those looking for VOIP services. Do NOT use Megapath.
