Feedback:

Leased returned 3/18- dealership replaced windshield w/minor chip. I was never notified. Now MBFS is charging me over $1000. Numerous calls & emails to MBFS, simple request submit ITEMIZED bill for glass replacement to my auto insurance company ( I have glass protection coverage). MBFS consistently submits bill for 'EXCESSIVE WEAR'! NO one @ MBFS seems to comprehend insurance firm requires an itemized bill. On phone AGAIN w/MBFS NOW (6/18)...Oh my God! Beyond frustrating !

Feedback:

Company which has NO idea how it should treat its customers. No more business from me (unfortunately I was their customer for almost 5 years)

Feedback:

I bought a mercedes benz for my new business and I made few years of payments and 2 years through my business something terrible happen where one of my drivers caused a big accident that I had to pay for lots of damages and to save what I still had was a bk . I continued paying MBf even though I was in bk like 20k in 6 months . I was sending them western union payments and they took all that and when time came I tried to settle my act to pay off the car they told Me i was 35k behind and that I didn't make any payment last 6 months and because I was in bk the system wasn't showing any payment and they started sending tow trucks to tow my car and I was lucky that I left US to go Burry my father oversee and stayed there for a year and now am back and again they harassing me and telling me to surrender my car which I basically paid off 2 years ago . Someone need yo shut this corporation and band them from doing business . They won't talk to you or listen to you . All they want is the car back and they won't see back until they give me the accurate pay off . F***k them A** holes . They are money sucking vampires . I Wil never recommend Anyone get a Benz . Get a ford you will get much better care . These people are some kind of Secret society trying to drain our pockets we middle class people . Shame on Mercedes Benz .

Terrible experience. Staff didn’t care about the inconvenience caused after they took double payment thru autopay.

Feedback:

I’ve transferred into and out of a Mercedes lease and have had more interactions with MBFS than I care to in this lifetime. While everyone is cordial, something is going on behind the scene that has on both occasions (the transfer into lease and transfer out of lease) resulted in dropped balls on promised deadlines, MBFS completely forgetting to finish my lease transfer, daily calls on my end to babysit and make sure the process was complete. Both times, equally painful despite my desire to give them the benefit of the doubt.Again employees handled themselves very well but something is very unorganized behind the scenes. This company should not be loosing payments, sending transfer papers to the wrong account holder, dropping the ball on deadlines, and needing daily calls in to get the job done.Mercedes, get your act together.

simply the best!

Feedback:

If I could give zero stars I would have been a great paying customer of Mercedes for a couple years now and I was in a tragic car accident and in the hospital and unable to work at the time of the accident when the vehicle was totaled I had gap insurance and while I was in the hospital the vehicle was charged off because I could not pay clearly because I was severely injured. Mercedes will not agree to honor the gap insurance even though at the time of the accident my account was in good standing this by far is the worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life

Feedback:

I went through MBFS to finance a Smart car. Application and approval for ‘Tier A’ credit was very simple and only took a few hours to be approved and get the car. I always paid online and never had issues. Surprisingly enough the phone team was usually very good if I ever had questions. After first year I tried transferring loan to someone who was going to buy car. The loan transfer process turned out to be a PIA. I ended up paying off the car after 15 months via wire transfer. It took them over a week and half to close my account and release the lien so I could get the title. I’m in NY where they allow digital title releases. The phone reps were nice and actually followed up during that time but I was very disappointed the title was not released sooner. Also side note I’ve driven Mercedes and Smart since I was 18. Their products and services have declined so bad I decided to make a switch, and purchased a Tesla. World of difference in how they treat and interact with their customers. Probably will never return as a MB customer. The second star was earned for the people working on the phones, they were all very professional and nice. It seems like MB just doesn’t have their stuff together.

Feedback:

My experience has ruined me from ever having another MB or leasing any car for that matter. It would take a book to list the litany of debacles with this company. From turning in the lease, the bogus charges, the unauthorized fees, the rudeness, the misinformation. It seems to be consistent with other reviewers as well. Not at all what one would expect from this brand. I am now I proud, happy owner of a Lexus and have been treated like royalty. Looking at you through my review mirror Mercedes! And to think.....you were my dream for so long.
