Let me be crystal clear. The negative reviews that you read here are for your own good. This place is the worst place I've ever worked at in my life. We are not exaggerating...They throw you on the telephones without any preparation. They don't even teach you how the phone systems work or how to transfer people.The training process was abysmal. While there is no problem with the trainers as individuals, the resources they are given to train employees are complete garbage.You do not know how to talk to a customer, you don't know what steps to follow for verification. You're representing a master-card company, and you're penalized for asking too much security questions? The warning codes they use on their systems are coded so horribly and it's very very hard to understand and you're penalized for asking questionsI WOULD NOT WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO WORK HERE.

Let me start off by saying management here is the worst ever. There are two team leaders by the name of Bernadette Phillips (worst leader in the history of leadership) and Lizette Oliver (worst manager in life). Ill go into detail a little later about those two. Working here is like working in a dungeon. You basically take calls underground in some kind of basement with only ONE window which you cant even see outside, all you can see is rocks its a lovely view...I lied its terrible view. You take calls for PC PLUS OPTIMUM LOBLAWS, You are expected to work 44 hours every week so expect to work 9 and a half hours everyday if your lucky you might get 8 and a half. You get two days off which is not even consecutive days off you get one random day here and one random day there ( Monday and Thursday for example) This place used to pay $12.50 an hour, thank GOD FOR the minimum wage increase effective January 1st,2018. The names of these snarly females are, Lizette Oliver, Bernadette Phillips. These people are all apart of the PC OPTIMUM / SHOPPERS DRUG MART campaign. Bernadette is JOKE OF a leader..she is a DOLLARAMA LEADER who has a real attitude problem she needs a man/husband in her life because she more miserable than any grand parent I know and she is at least 45 years old. She picks everything, why is your shirt dirty, why is your hair not done, why are cold, why are you hot, why are you hungry, why isnt your headset on, why do you blink.. SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST LEADERSHIP in the HISTORY OF LIFE ITSELF, IM NOT EVEN KIDDING. IF YOU HAVE HER HAS YOUR TEAM LEADER, GOD HELP YOU!! Then there is Lizette, . She is basically Bernadette Phillips twin sister and partner, they say the exact same things She bullys call centre agents everyday, Lizette and Bernadette literally wake up every morning and say which agent am I gonna bully today. They stand over you whisper in your ear telling you basically "When I say jump you say how high." STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

If ever there was an equivalency to corporate evil this company would be the personification of it. Any who would say that I am exaggerating simply have to look at the number of unsatisfied workers within, they are the majority. Why are they unsatisfied? Is it because instead of the company hearing their concerns of a fair wage, the company tote's that they pay more then the "industry" standard and point towards other garbage employers whom they measure themselves by? Is it because scheduling is outsourced, an employee can be scheduled evenings one week and days then next, causing natural exhaustion and they nod that yes it is difficult to maintain such a high standard they demand, as if it was okay to impose this kind of hardship. They are not stupid, they are simply willfully blind to the needs of their employees, accept the turnover rate for what it is, and maintain the status quo with an absolute minimum of ethics or principles. Leadership has perfected the art of lying, and want you to believe they have a corporate vision, which they do, but your not gonna like it. They paint the picture of a pot of gold and the end of the rainbow, if you work hard, just as the nazi's did, they know their history, and how to use it. Sinister is what they are! Don't get me wrong, think of the most disgusting thing you can eat that you can actually survive on, but it taste S%*T, and you will get the idea of what this company is about. There is hope, if you lack character, and are willing to stay quite while others are treated with lack of respect and dignity. Live in a black and white Apple commercial from the 80's...then this place is for you. Have at it!

Received a call but couldn't pick up. I shouldn't have called back because the few minutes of correspondence I had with them was beyond horrible! And they say, they recruit for customer support. I have requested them to delete my contact from their list. Welcome to Canada, I guess! There is no option to leave 0-star, so!

I would like to give zero stars. I applied for a Team Lead position with this company. I got a call from a lady(HR) whose English was terrible. She had an attitude and was rude to such an extent where she literally asked me to stop talking and not to give lot of information. She used the below statements" hey listen. Stop. I dont want to hear all that. Ok. Listen first.. listen. U answer what I ask. Ok or what? "I was like, "WTH???!"Then she offered package which was far less than what I am earning. So I rejected the offer. On a serious note, before recruiting new employees, please train your current employees on people management and telephone etiquettes. I work as a Quality Analyst and a Trainer and this is like the worst conversation that I had in my entire professional life.I see a lot of people in the reviews complaining about the HR lady. I wonder how she is still with the company. She is bad to such an extent where I would never even consider joining this company.
