Worse loan ever they took all my money stating that I sign up for this leaving me with no money to feed my family They though I was going out of business and now 3 years later I’m still in business stronger than ever go with a bank that will trust you just like they did by giving you the loan will never do business here ever if i could I would 5—

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a loan not to use this company for a loan. The fees are outrageous they will charge fees to originate loan they will also charge fees if you refi loan. Even if current terms of loan make it difficult to cash flow they do not care. They will string you along and wait till last minute to change terms that are significantly different than term sheet they provide. I also know someone that they did not do loan for but they charged fees up front over 8k after they provided a rate sheet. I would not recommend this company even if you have no other options.

After working with a multitude of other companies I had the fortune of getting in touch with Oak Street Funding. Selby Ford is the loan officer that took my case. In less than 3 weeks my agency had the loan funded. I had been working for months with other companies that kept dropping the ball or making promises without delivering. This is my new business partner for working capitol to grow business and take it to the next level. The whole team is very professional. I highly recomend them.
