I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a loan not to use this company for a loan. The fees are outrageous they will charge fees to originate loan they will also charge fees if you refi loan. Even if current terms of loan make it difficult to cash flow they do not care. They will string you along and wait till last minute to change terms that are significantly different than term sheet they provide. I also know someone that they did not do loan for but they charged fees up front over 8k after they provided a rate sheet. I would not recommend this company even if you have no other options.
