Walked 15 min til close and the woman who was going to help me kept looking at her watch. By the third time she glanced at her watch, I finally asked if she was in a hurry I could come back. She responded "we close in 10 minutes but it's ok " of course it's ok because she can't leave until the last customer who walked in before 12:30 is helped. She seemed bothered and she wasn't pleasant. Too bad because I'll be taking my business to First American Bank, where all the employees are always so polite and courteous. By the way, they declined me trying to open an account for my underage son. I googled the requirements and I had his birth certificate, social security card, school skyward profile account with photo ID, plus his school ID. I know a few friends of mine who have opened accounts for their children at other banks, I honestly didn't understand why I couldn't for my son.
