Last weekend me and my husband were drive through to cash a check. I push the button to asks for pen. On my receipt it showed I was helped by Marina, The teller did not say hello how are you or anytime of greeting. She just immediately asked how can I help you in a rude manner. She took about 10 mins to give me my cash. I drove off and had to reverse because she kept my id and tried to tell me she gave to me when she didn’t. I called to see if a supervisor was available and none were. This absolutely ridiculous! The parking lot was not full & she could of easily expressed the reason for taking so long. I will be closing my account.
