WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Purchased a printer from these guys on the recommendation of our website provider. The printer did not operate as intended (very slow), we quickly switched back to our older printer. Contacted them for a warranty return, initial contact was good, they tried to help fix the issue but couldn't, that's when it went bad, vague email replies and then no replies. We have lodged a complaint with the ACCC as this company does not adhere to their policies... This has now been going on for 3 months!!! Still no resolution, we just want to return the printer and get our money back!Edit:Dont be fooled by the reply below, they use this tactic to make it sound like we are not a customer. Read through the other comments, they have done the same to other reviews. Stay as far away from this company as you can! You have been warned.

Initial contact was a good experience. Very bad experience from this mob with after sales support. AND NO ITS NOT OUR SOFTWARE but your hardware that is the fault (requires a firmware update and is not available). When I requested for a refund, this is when things went south dramatically. Took weeks for a response and days after for another.Unable to speak to anyone regarding issue.WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Do not buy from these guys. Lets see what responses they will make up to this feedback.This company has no attention to details. First my name is spelt Phong not Pong. If I wanted to purchase a cheap product I would not have purchased the product from you. Once they have your money, they treat you like dirt. Way to go to keep new customers. Still waiting to receive a refund.

Worst Customer Service I have never had.I bought a printer for Neto pick n pack. Unable to set up. Uable to Help, Unable to return, Unable to refund. Ask for us to wait, been 3 month + .Now this printer is like a decoration in our office. Nice Money Spend.

The customer service of this company is dreadful. They sell you items with promises of support and then don't honour them. They only have a 14 day return period so Be wary...very wary of them. There are much better suppliers out there.
